Our Concepts

The Copeland’s Culture is the basis to our success and truly encompasses all we do on a daily basis.

Restaurants

Copeland’s restaurants’ casually festive atmosphere combines New Orleans flavor and comfort with an upscale sensibility. From the Creole favorites that embody the heart and soul of southern Louisiana, to our flavorful takes on seafood, pasta, salads, steaks and desserts, we offer something for everyone.

At Copeland’s, our goal is to provide a superlative dining experience like no other, whether you’re dining with family or business associates, sharing a romantic evening, ordering togo or celebrating an event with our variety of catering items. Come in today, and let’s celebrate 37 years.

Hotels

As a local, family-owned company deeply rooted in the New Orleans culture, hospitality runs in our genetics.

We believe in contributing to experiences, not merely facilitating them. Our inherent desire to exceed expectations, supported by a conveniently located facility uniquely able to adapt, makes for happy guests every time. For these reasons, and several others, this is why “we believe in hosting, not housing our guests.”

Food Manufacturing

Diversified is a world-class, customer-centered, food manufacturer, focused on culinary excellence with a passion for food!  We provide our customers with the highest quality, best tasting and most innovative food products at an economical price.

We instill the piquant characteristics of Creole cooking, the complex and savory traits of Cajun dishes, and the mouthwatering properties of comfort food. We provide our customers with the cuisine of their choice, that range from kettle cooked side dishes, soups and sauces to batters, breaders, spice blends, biscuit mixes, etc.

Foundation

The Al Copeland Foundation supports new local cancer research, education and patient programs at the Copeland-LSU Health Science Center Partnership in Viruses, Cancer and Immunotherapy. Founded in 2008 in honor of Al Copeland, Sr. who died of Merkel Cell Carcinoma. Copeland’s final wish was to find a cure for the cancer that ultimately took his life.

Proudly, the Al Copeland Foundation has raised more than $1.9 million and opened 23 cancer immunotherapy trials, resulting in three patients hearing the sweet words you are CANCER FREE. The Al Copeland Foundation believes we are on a path to fulfill that wish— to save lives and end all cancer.
